Truly a class rotory vise, can be used to ty all sizes of trout flies. Heat treated solid jaws and barrel fitted through brass socket. Rotates fully on it's axis by slight finger adjustment. Brass knob for easy rotation while tying the fly. Stainless steel shaft fits into black steel holder. Vise head is fitted on to stainless steel shaft.
