Originally from Kamloops, BC I specialize in stillwater flyfishing for trout and bass. My obsession started in grade 8 when I tied my first fly. My passion for the outdoors led me to pursue a career in the resource sector as a Professional Engineer and Forester. After university I moved to beautiful Vancouver Island where I discovered the many lakes that contain bass (and rainbow trout). A bass on the fly is simply a must! In 2009 my family (wife Jennifer and sons Grayson and Liam) and I made the decision to move home to the Southern Interior and its many lakes. The Thompson-Nicola region boasts "a lake a day as long as you stay" and with family in Princeton, Merritt, and Kamloops much of my time is spent here with partner-in-training Grayson (and soon Liam).
