These are premium beads, the gold, silver, nickle and copper beads are galvanic coated to slow them from tarnishing. The painted model's have a special formulated paint making them very durable. The Pemium beads are best suited for those who pinch the barbs. If you like a bead with a larger hole to get over the barb please select our standard bead's.
